pfn_list_corrupt error

I just got BSOD’ed with pfn_list_corrupt error. A quick search suggests it’s probably memory -RAM- related. I had recently installed AMD’s RAMDisk hoping i would add some speed to my machine, i am suspecting that might’ve been the cause so i’m disabling it. I didnt see a notable increase in performance anyway.
